Senior Product Designer
Led the entire design team of 7 designers at Newton School - hiring, building the team, setting processes, and driving design org maturity.
College rank predictor owning the design evolution for V2 lead to 2.25 lakh unique acquired user in an active season of 5 months.
Built the universal academic calendar used by students, teachers, mentors, and admins across both online and offline platforms.
Revamped landing and marketing page, in online business saw 2.1X increase in signups and scroll depth improve from 4% to 17%.
Led design for Newton's offline business, contributing to a revenue impact of 375+ Cr.
